"It was a great environment and I loved helping people buy vehicles and seeing a happy customer."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"Well towards my last 6 months before the Chrysler store was closed down by Chrysler the hours became very long. I worked 12 to 15 hours a day, no weekends off and the money became harder to earn because people just weren't buying like they once were."

"Lack of ownership presence. Lack of professionalism. Lack of training. Owners do not know the business and what is happening at the dealership. Lack of consistency in policies. Lack of concern for employee welfare. Broken promises. Lack of market awareness. Lack of aggressiveness in market."

"Owners need to open their eyes to the problems that exist and how much business they are losing."
