"When establishing work hours, they should be considerate of their employee's time even though they don't pay an hourly wage, only commission. They are open a lot of hours that are un-productive and were they to look at what it would cost if they were paying an hourly wage to employees, they would deem it unprofitable to stay open the extra time."
