"People are lazy, people don't care about their jobs, management don't listen to the workers, the union gets the deadbeats back to work."

"Listen to the workers, get out and talk to the workers and ask them what needs done (it's hard to talk to them when they sit in an office), have an open mind, just because some workers don't have a college education doesn't mean they don't have good ideas."

"I was able to use my product background, but in a different manner, working the finance department."

"Really, nothing. I was contract, so not part of the normal interpersonal management/worker bee issues. It was enjoyable to just watch the dynamics."
