"Favoritism/clickish mentality in leadership, and that drives flawed decisions."

"Ensure all parties/opinions are brought to the table, do a thorough review prior to judging a person. Why an honest and thorough review process is needed prior to judging someone because, life is too short for one to be stressed out dealing with the few poor leaders. Consequently, these outstanding workers will move on where they are better appreciated and respected (notice - I said nothing about better pay). At least, that is what I did..."
