"IT was a great company, until we bought other banks. Then it became cut through and everyone started losing their jobs to make up what we lost in buys."

"Please, interact more intimately w/ associates. The aloof, distant and hands-off approach breeds low employee morale. They REALLY do not want to know what is said behind closed cubicles (lol). But what management team does, I ask you. (smile!)"

"After MBNA was sold to Bank of America a freeze was placed on any promotions and management positions."

"Keep to the principles that made MBNA the number 1 credit card company."

"The people. All bank associates were true team players and are very supportive of one another."

"Their product development. The bank would develop a product through eyes of an associate using bank terminology that often caused confusion to banking clients and would often terminate their relationship with the bank."

"Management needs to invest more on listening to the clients feedback and advice. More often than not, the client would express their interest in a particular product, but would often find it difficult to use."
