"Keep an open mind and think of it as a great place to learn and launch your career."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"It was too unorganized and it was very difficult to complete projects. Some projects were just cut after putting a lot of time into them. There was a lot of duplication of effort on projects because of the multiple mergers/acquisitions."

"The only reason I left Bank Of America was because of a divestiture. I worked for Bank of America/Nations Bank/Barnett Bank for 8 years."

"I did not have any dislikes about working for Bank Of America. My reason for leaving was because of a divestiture."

"The benefits, the location, the fact they had a daycare and school on the campus where I work and both of my kids attended. The ability to move up to different position and still remain with the company."

"Just make sure you always have a plan B because every 3rd and 4th quarter is when they do most of there cutbacks."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"The fact that at anytime regardless of the years with the company you could be laid off due to cutbacks. Just the luck of the draw I guess."

"I would say that the company was really good about listening to the employees and placing good people in management. I can't really complain about it."

"Honestly there was nothing I didn't like about BofA, (BofA sold the division I worked in, I did not leave the company but had to go with the sale)."

"Have flex time for employees, this would be a tremendous help for employees continuing their education."

"The leadership team prior to the Countrywide purchase had a vision and strategy that was working. Everyone was encouraged to lead with distinction and you had pride in a job done ethically and were rewarded, as were all the shareholders."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"The new Countrywide leadership team involved the bank in practices and procedures that diverted from the previous tried and true best practices that were in place, resulting in the stock depreciating from $53 a share to as low as $4."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The damage has been done. My recommendation is to promote some former Bank of America executives that actually built the wealth to afford the two mergers, Countrywide and Merrill Lynch to key leadership roles nationally, right now the course looks bleak, especially with those currently at the helm."
