"The rumors that kept spreading around the company that we were going to lose our jobs before it was confirmed by management."

"Appreciate your employee. They are the key to the company's sucess."

"The benefits, the location, the fact they had a daycare and school on the campus where I work and both of my kids attended. The ability to move up to different position and still remain with the company."

"Just make sure you always have a plan B because every 3rd and 4th quarter is when they do most of there cutbacks."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"The fact that at anytime regardless of the years with the company you could be laid off due to cutbacks. Just the luck of the draw I guess."

"I would say that the company was really good about listening to the employees and placing good people in management. I can't really complain about it."
