"Favoritism/clickish mentality in leadership, and that drives flawed decisions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Ensure all parties/opinions are brought to the table, do a thorough review prior to judging a person. Why an honest and thorough review process is needed prior to judging someone because, life is too short for one to be stressed out dealing with the few poor leaders. Consequently, these outstanding workers will move on where they are better appreciated and respected (notice - I said nothing about better pay). At least, that is what I did..."

"The people I worked with were great along with the benefits."

"Highly bureaucratic and work load vs compensation is extremely low. Lack of opportunity for upward mobility. Senior management doesn't support lower subordinates."

"Create more work life balance. Work to build positive career paths for employees based on performance not on how much they look up to senior management."
