"The bank will assist any and all in making investment decisions. At the Bank, I actually have some six people (employees of the bank) who work for me. I am the senior developer, so I am allowed (well maybe) to make a lot of decisions on where software and peopleware go."

"I feel like I have so much more to offer other than being a processor, however, this is a position that is hard to move out of."

"I believe that the managers should pay more attention to what their associates are wanting out of their career with Bank of America. That will help us feel more comfortable in searching for new opportunities within the company. It will also help to boost the confidence in knowing that you have a chance in experiencing what the Bank has to offer!"
