"Know the company culture. Be sure to have a very clear discussion regarding what your job duties will be."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"There are a lot of offshore workers. While I have no problem with that at all, working with the drastic time difference can be quite challenging. Also, it took six weeks to get a fully functional computer so that I could perform all of my job duties."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Consider limiting the number of meetings people are required to be in every day. Literally the majority of my team who worked from home were in meetings or unavailable all day every day."
