"I enjoy working on projects dealing with healthcare information systems, and I have had the opportunity to learn the different subsystems that make up a healthcare system for management of member, provider data and processing of claims."

"I think people should be open and honest about their experiences. Although specific platforms/applications may not be applicable, their experience may allow for a short learning curve into the applications and platforms used by your company."

"Projects end, and there is always uncertainty when the project ends whether a new one will be presented."

"Improved communication as far as employee performance, and work assignments."

"It was a great experience as a consultant. I only worked for about 5 months."

"I thought the company was very well run. I would, however, recommend cross functional training between departments."

"Quit and hire a more competent group. Or try to understand how a product company works."

"Lack of investment in technology. No support from upper management. Too much talking and not enough work getting done."

"I think there will be some good opportunity at ACS and in the Sales division."

"Nothing really, its just that our market is effected by changing technology and the future is becoming smaller and smaller printing products and solutions."

"Nothing that I can think of. They are headed in a right direction by the purchasing ACS(IT Outsource Company). I believe this move will make Xerox/ ACS have a future."

"It is a fortune 500 company with great benefits and working conditions."

"Its a fortune 500 company. Project that you are fortune 500 material."

"The management was new and seemed to be feeling their way around things"

"Take suggestions from subordinates and be flexible and to some degree understanding"

"Good products. Talented employees and strong work ethic. Great training and lots of support tools."

"Be prepared to show proof of your skills to win new customers and grow revenue. MPS sales experience is also very important."

"Shrinking industry, continual reorganization and downsizing, cronyism, limited career growth opportunities."

"Be careful not to sacrifice customer satisfaction for profit growth as it will end up costing you even more. Continual cost cutting, reorganization and downsizing is impacting customer satisfaction."

"Many of the people I worked with were very professional in a difficult environment"

"Be sure to get everything in writing. If you do not it will be difficult to prove what was offered."

"Mismanagement of client contracts. Low-ball bidding to get their foot in the door and then being surprised that they were losing money."

"Hire people who know what they are doing. If they don't they will go the way of Kodak."

"Working with the people and the technology. An opportunity to help our customers. Their gratitude was a reward in itself."

"Do your research. Be sure that there is potential for growth and advancement before choosing."

"As they are based in the printing industry, I had seen much downsizing. Growth tapered off in the later years resulting in fewer opportunities and lower level of job security."

"Value and retain their most dedicated and loyal employees. Encourage education and reward those that pursue it."
