"I think there will be some good opportunity at ACS and in the Sales division."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Nothing really, its just that our market is effected by changing technology and the future is becoming smaller and smaller printing products and solutions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing that I can think of. They are headed in a right direction by the purchasing ACS(IT Outsource Company). I believe this move will make Xerox/ ACS have a future."

"most IT positions are contract or temp"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"make the investment to hire and promote well educated, qualified individuals instead of hiring predominately temp and contract workers."
