"I have been working with XEROX for more than two years as a technical analyst and developer supporting healthcare system. XEROX supports over a large number of clients with their vast healthcare system and resources over 15000 worldwide. The company is great to learn about system of healthcare whereas communicating and doing business with various institutions. I have had great experience serving and learning business knowledge that enhanced my technical skills over the years of services."

"I worked for Xerox from March, 2008 through Oct. 24th, 2013. Was a fun place to work, but they would not directly hire me. This is due to the hiring freeze, so they payed me the a purchase order through the calibration lab. Great people to work with, but they are rapidly ending the manufacturing/engineering portion of the business and becoming a phone service oriented business."

"Per my specific division of the company the biggest thing that I notice is we have really poor communication from management. The management team will go to change something but they will not talk to the staff on the floor. Then come around threating you with write-ups because you simply didn't know that something had changed. Perhaps I am expecting to much from a large corporation."

"I worked for Xerox Business Services (formerly ACS, Inc.) for 12 years. I work in the Education services department. While there are over 100,000 employees, many of them are departmentalized and do not interact with each other. In my department's call center, I am the lead developer that collaborates with clients and management to create solutions."

"Resolve problems Verizon Wireless contractees encountered with high costs, incomplete information provided by store sales reps and changes in calling plans. Analyze bills with customers, pointing out sources of additional charges (such as over-use of data or new line activation). Attempt to cool anger of customers who had service interrupted due to non-payment or excessive past-due amounts. Try to repair mis-statements made by retail sales representatives by correcting plans or issuing credits."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Lack of vision by senior leadership, no raises, no promotions. I was suprised to see anyone say that there is opportunities for growth at xerox."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The idea that you can completely stop funding technology and not see a loss of market share is not realistic. If you are an engineer, I highly recommend staying away from this company."

"Company does not care about the employees. Only about money."

What do you like about working at Xerox?

"I like the customers that I am serving and that I rarely see my boss."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run very far away. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Overworked and under appreciated. One small raise in 5 years. A promotion without a raise."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a clue. Cutting benefits and not giving raises is not how you keep employees. The insurance you have for employees is barely worth having. You do not pay your employees enough to be able to afford the high deductible."

Manager

"Started off like a dream. Has turned into a nightmare."

What do you like about working at Xerox?

"There is very little I like at Xerox. Senior management has stated they are not interested in people being happy, if that's what is desired, go elsewhere."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would look elsewhere. You will not get recognition nor pay increases. You will not be allowed to be empowered and if a manager isn't yelling at you or others, they are throwing you under the bus. We will be lucky to be in business 5 years from now."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Senior management makes poor decisions, don't communicate and there has been 1 small pay increase in 7 years. Salaries remain flat while our CEO states in round tables to employees that she is underpaid. Our CEO is not a people person, she is selfish, mean, rude and arrogant. Hearing her talk in meetings is embarrasing, her language skills are terrible."

"The Titanic was a gorgeous, sleek ship, but she is going down."

What do you like about working at Xerox?

"I like getting a paycheck and vacation time. I like some of my immediate coworkers. Sadly it is a short list."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"There is a really good smoke screen that you will have to be very probing to get through. Things are not as rosy as they may appear. Do your homework. Talk to actual employees on the ground floor about what it is like to work here. Be CAUTIOUS."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Company treats employees poorly, as a financial liability rather than a skilled asset. There have not been any raises in 5 years, and when employees are promoted, they also do not receive an increase in pay for the added responsibilities. As a result, morale is extremely poor. As jobs diasappear, people are becoming both territorial and grasping. The company does not seem to realize the impact of their policies is causing cracks in the foundation; these can't remain hidden for much longer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Sign up for Undercover Boss. I'm serious. You are out of touch and need to understand what is going on in your company. You can't do that from your office. Come walk a day in my shoes."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remove inordinate number of layers of approval required for one to perform his or her job. Xerox employees are professionals and should be treated as such."
