"Currently go elsewhere because they will just use you up and toss you."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"For a once great corporation they have lost their way. They claim tyo care about their employees but then toss them as soon as they can with no rhyme or reason."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Return to investing in their American workforce. Return to what they are known for. Start an Innovation center like they used to have to generate new ideas and proper on marketing them on sub-company names."
