"Writing, editing, formatting, converting using HTML, the high level of energy in the Pubs department."

"Keep an open mind and be patient! There can be a bit of a learning curve to encounter."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Individuals in different departments didn't really know what Publications did."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I thought the company was very well run. I would, however, recommend cross functional training between departments."
