"very poor management practices and worked there 4 years 8 months let go without a reason... stated At will Employment See you later... after comming back from Active Military Service..."

"Having to leave because the project was over, and they didn't want to continue...."

"Xerox was a family and everyone helped out, with whatever was going, on. Management trained the employees to be able to do more than just your job, so in the event someone was out sick, production did not have to shut down. I was an administrative assistant, but this is where I actually learned how to write and create reporters and filers, and it became second nature."

"If you get the chance to work for Xerox, it will be a life changing event, which will stay with you forever."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"The only thing that I did not like was when the company decided to move most of their planets to Mexico, and only keep a few in California, but I understand that it was a business decission and not personal"

"When they ask you to sell this pen - what they mean is ask Are the the decision maker and How many locations might need this pen. Always write a personal hank you letter after the interview."
