"I've worked at Xerox since 2015. Overall, the workplace atmosphere depends entirely on your direct supervisor. However, in recent years, the benefits are rather insubstantial. 401K only matches if you've been with the company past the annual year - i.e. if you join in January, you have to wait two whole years before the company will match and if you leave before January 1st, you will miss out on the match. Raises are non-existent for non-managerial staff, you will only receive lateral movements with no raises but additional responsibilities. Health insurance isn't the greatest, but it's there. It's a great company to start with, but I wouldn't want to spend my life and retire with Xerox."

"Dying company that has little value for its employees. Corporate bureaucracy is abundant and excels at stifling innovation. Executives are out of touch and fail to reward high performers. HR has been outsourced so your direct 2-3 levels of management have no say in your compensation. Tuition assistance is a plus."

"There is very little I like at Xerox. Senior management has stated they are not interested in people being happy, if that's what is desired, go elsewhere."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would look elsewhere. You will not get recognition nor pay increases. You will not be allowed to be empowered and if a manager isn't yelling at you or others, they are throwing you under the bus. We will be lucky to be in business 5 years from now."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Senior management makes poor decisions, don't communicate and there has been 1 small pay increase in 7 years. Salaries remain flat while our CEO states in round tables to employees that she is underpaid. Our CEO is not a people person, she is selfish, mean, rude and arrogant. Hearing her talk in meetings is embarrasing, her language skills are terrible."
