"Somewhat flexible. Has understanding of family."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure the person you work for is someone who you respect, and conversely respects you, because if they don't you will have difficulty advancing. I was kept from opportunities, because my manager needed a certain number of direct reports to justify his position."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"The people that get promoted, aren't always the most deserving."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Understand what resources you have available and utilize their full potential."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"Their was no communication between senior management as they did not get along with each other. The networked computer systems are outmoded and take up valuable production time."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep a tighter reign on what is going on. Replace Xerox Litigation Services senior management and start over. Use some of the profits to upgrade the overall computer system or set up a separate system for XLS since they are on it 24/7/365."

"I liked the training that was a constant. I liked the name recognition, the career paths available, and the leading edge technology."

What don't you like about working at Xerox?

"I didn't like the interview process. I also don't like how Xerox has gone all virtual and eliminated the CBU's. I also don't like the lack of definition of territories that is happening now between reps that are a part of the mergers and aquisitions of late."

"Continue to develop teams that support and help one another. Provide opportunities for sales people to feel connected."

"My job was eventually outsourced to another country. I had hoped to retire from Xerox, unfortunately was not given the opportunity."

"I may not have the experience you are looking for. But I am a very determined individual. I am a quick learner, work well with others. I can do this job!"
