Wal-Mart is a place to gain culture and learn about how different people are."

"I worked for Walmart from 2016 to 2020. I found it to be a revolving door of a company, with many people coming and going within months of joining. I never had a problem with anything, but many people do. Retail isn't for everyone, and despite what people say, it is difficult if you aren't prepared for it."
"Working for Walmart was amazing, working with such wonderful divers people. Walmart has shown and done a lot for each and every community in where the facilities are located, as well as across the world. I enjoyed putting smiles on my team and peers as simple as a high five. Walking into my old facility was like saying hi each day to my family who spent most of there days with me."

"The pay is pretty good but pay raises are small and if someone else in the same position as you has been there longer you can almost guarantee they get paid more even if they're terrible at their job. The job is very stressful and demanding as well as extremely fast paced but I loved the people I worked with."
"Wal Mart is the land of opportunity with the amount of locations around the world and different formats. I would recommend working for this company to anyone interested."
"Great company, great business model"
"I’ve been working with Walmart now for about 3 months. Although it is out of my work area I have enjoyed working with WalMart in this time of need Jobs are very few and helping WalMart keep there shelves stocked and helping customers in this great time of need. Working with WalMart and there customers has given me great pride in helping them. Many of us are in a great time of need and we can help each other in this terrible time. We wear our mask and maintain our distance and still provide great customer service. A little compassion and understanding can go a long way."
