"I’ve worked for Walmart since 2015 and I started as a deli associate, it took time but I worked my way up the ladder to Fresh Cap Supervisor. The process remains the same but the company is forever evolving and that’s always a great thing. They focus on being “clean, fast and friendly” so that customers are able to enjoy their shopping experience while in the store."
