"Walmart is a great place to work at while someone is in college."

"I've worked at Wal~Mart #544 for almost 2 years now. The people there are a decent sort for the most part, but we are perpetually short-handed. I'm not sure what is wrong, but something certainly is. Often, there are barely enough people to get the work done and if the work load is anything above average, there will not be enough people to get everything done."

What do you like about working at Walmart?

"the production work, working with food, being busy, fast paced."

"if you want to feel like a slave, oh and if you have a college degree you get the same pay as that chump who thinks food stamps is a way of life."

What don't you like about working at Walmart?

"too many managers with completely different ideas that keep me running in circles."

"I would communicate more with the people who accually do the work, the service workers."

"Not the most family oriented organization as all family time (weekends and holidays) is given to running the store."

"Remember Sam Walton, the greatest retailer of the 20th century...The customer is always right."
