"Just the way they have the technicians structured under the store level management who have no idea about the technical aspect of the job. They don't really care about tech work because all they want to do is sell, sell, sell!"

"Go back to the way things were, have a roving management team for the techs because they made us feel like they cared. We asked for something, it got done because they were just there for us."
