"Pay is high for the town I live in."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you are married or have kids this is not the job for you. It will prepare you for any other job. It's like a boot camp. If you make it here you can make it almost anywhere."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"Too demanding. I can never relax or take a real vacation. When I do, the work is there waiting when I get back and I am overwhelmed. The amount of work I am expected to do in a 40-45 hour week is ridiculous."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reduce the amount of things we are expected to do. Impossible if you have any family life outside of work."
