"Upper management is not very forthcoming with information and they don`t really do a good job of taking care of their employees.moving up in the company is difficult and employees don`t get a lot of help from management on that unless you happen to be a favorite of theirs."
"I've worked at NGC since 2010 and they are not friendly toward young graduates. It is hard to get recognized, especially as a female and much of the management is not really fit to be managing individuals. They are not very supportive and do not care to help you progress through your career. You have to try very hard to find someone to assist you and get you through the company but if you find your way, you will be decently compensated."
"As nature of consulting work, NG wants you you to stick with them until last day of project and they will not place you in next project. Hardly you get week or two to find another project within company or you will be fired."
"I was employed from 1986 to 2014 on various efforts which were technically stimulating. I learned much and had the opportunity to advance my career. The company closed this site to relocate to Florida."
"It's a decent place to work. However the program leadership is terrible. They are rarely on site and not particularly engaged when they are on site."
"I've worked for NG for about 9 months. So far it's been nothing but good times and lots of growth."
