"I worked for Northrop Grumman for 31 years. I worked as an Electrical Engineer and a Software Engineer during my career at Northrop Grumman. It was a good company to work for and I had a rewarding career with Northrop Grumman."
"Nice company to work for."
"I worked for PRC which was bought by Northrop Grumman in 2000. PRC was a great company. Northrop Grumman is too big. My main complaint about the company is that they had limited training."
"I have worked for Northrop Grumman for the last 30 Years. It is a good - excellent place to work. This is especially true if you are a recent graduate with a technical degree."
"If you don't play office politics, Leadership will stab you in the back at their first opportunity."
"I have worked at Northrop Grumman since 2004. It is an entity which employs over 100,000 around the world. I have found it to be an interesting company both in respect to the technology it produces and the decisions made to chart its business direction."
"Great, awesome, amazing company!"
"I have worked for Northrop Grumman Corporation for 10 years and it proved the most valuable experience in my entire career. For 10 years I have worked at different sites, learned new (classified) technologies, worked with resourceful and committed leaders, and found Northrop Grumman to be my most rewarding work experience and one of the best companies for which to work."
"Most advanced semiconductor company in the world with military in mind."
"I've been there a couple of years and the management team is definitely about who you know. Your skills, knowledge and abilities are meaningless. Connections and friendships are what gets you promoted at this organization."
"Overall a wonderful company to work for."
"I worked for Northrop Grumman for a total of 4 months as a contractor for the 600 plus pc refresh project. The management was great and the team was dedicated to getting the job done on time. Company security protocol made it challenging to get the job done in an efficient manner bit over all the experience I had was a very positive one."
"I worked here for 7 years. The technology we used was very obsolete. We used Windows XP into 2014, and Visual Studio 2008 is still being used. The facilities are depressingly ugly. The place was built in 1906, and no attempt has been made to bring it up to 1990s standards. There are no elevators, so if you need a wheelchair, you can't get to half the offices. Raises were poor for everyone. Young people would get some time on their resumes, then leave."
"I have worked for Northrop Grumman for the past 5.5 years which would be a total of 9 years by adding my prior work experience with the companies (LOGICON and TRW) which were previously acquired by Northrop Grumman. It was an excellent place to work."
