"I enjoy working for NG. I have been there for 6 years. They have good benefits and seem to care about the welfare of their employees. As with all govt contractors it is a difficult business to be in when your contract could end and leave you jobless. I wish NG would take a bigger role in attempting to keep their employees. I think they also have limited compensation growth; encouraging employees to switch contracts or companies to get pay raises instead of offering pay raises based on skill set or performance reviews."
"I've worked for Northrop Grumman for a little less than 2 years now. I do enjoy working for the company, and there is clearly a lot of room to grow and move up, but there are aspects of the job that have also turned me off. Perhaps it is just the large company atmosphere that I don't enjoy, but it can be difficult to get anything done, and I am often inundated with process and procedure in a bad way. I was also able to travel to Australia on a work trip, which is a really cool perk."
