"I have worked with Northrop Grumman for almost one year. I find it a great place to develop my skills as an engineer."
"Northrop Grumman is a safe and secure working environment with moderate benefits and good work-life balance. The pay is around average for the industry and profession within said industry. However, bureaucracy is heavy and frustrating. Oftentimes there is a large detachment between engineers and product development and sales and management. This creates a bit of a feeling of futility and working towards nothing."
"I've worked here for a year. There is tremendous opportunity for growth and career development. The lower management is great and the culture is more laid back and fun than other companies I've been with"
"great company vision, leadership is involved and strong financial performance"
"Decent place to work. Good work-life balance."
"I do not want to write a review."
"Northrop Grumman is an excellent company. Employees are treated with respect and work environments are welcoming and well equipped. Management is mostly laid back and not extremely controlling. Engineers get some wiggle room to decide the best course of action without bureaucratic influence. Overall I highly recommend Northrop."
"Worked for Northrop Grumman, a lot of challenges and micromanaging is lead to the inability for supervisors and managers to excel and grow with the company"
"Northrop Grumman, like IBM some 40 years ago, is typical of a company that has not adjusted to corporate evolution."
"The company treats interns really well. As an intern, I was able to work with my manager to gain a fulfilling experience at Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC) by working alongside engineers and produce meaningful work. They treat you like any other employee by leveraging your perspective and experience to bring new ideas to the table, not like other internships where they have you file paperwork or bring them coffee. The compensation was also a huge benefit as an intern. Highly recommend to apply to NGC internship for a meaningful and impactful experience."
"Northrop Grumman is a solid employer. The company leadership is proactive when it comes to addressing concerns and has placed an emphasis on diversity at all levels."
"Its a great company that has alot of potential to move up if you work hard for it."
"good place to work with good opportunities for those"
"Ok place to work for wage roll not so Good for salary"
"I've only been here for about a year and a half but my overall experience is drawn from an incompatibility of work style."
