"Awesome company and willing to pay to each employee's strength."
"I've worked at NGC since 2010 and they are not friendly toward young graduates. It is hard to get recognized, especially as a female and much of the management is not really fit to be managing individuals. They are not very supportive and do not care to help you progress through your career. You have to try very hard to find someone to assist you and get you through the company but if you find your way, you will be decently compensated."
"Really avoid because of the lack of employees."
"Nice company to work for."
"I've been with Northrop Grumman since 2009. At the time, I gave up an offer from Cisco System that was 20k per year higher than what Northrop had offered me. However, Northrop was the only company that promised me to let me do what I do best, which was dsp related digital design work, and they did. However, the business environment changed through the years, and I felt it is harder and harder to get my job done the right way with fewer and less quality resources provided to the engineers."
