The environment was spectacular and very conducive to getting things done. The people on my team were very friendly and helpful when I had questions or needed anything."

"I liked the research work and the programming work mostly."

"No. It helps to be under 30 and be willing to work cheaply."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"Some of the work they had me do was more like secretarial work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"They do not realize the importance of research in the long term."

"Although assignedd to Navy Medicine off site. The Company was always open to ideas which better served out clients."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Couldnt find a better technical company to work for, I know I was there on site for at least five years, but contract ended."

What don't you like about working at Northrop Grumman?

"never asked if you were getting burned out at the same site for so long."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To see higher non onsite mgr's interview us once a year or two but not during salary increase."
