"The company's budget based on Government contract. No winning contract, no work to do, the employee will be laid off."

"It is a great place to apply technical knowledge and learn the technical trades in many areas. You have to be patient with moving forward as the policies mean slow progress. This is more evident as you take on more senior positions."

"It is anchored in concrete by US Government policy and its own similar policies. It takes too long to develop a product and get it to market."

"Become lean on process, not employees. Become agile - light on your feet."

"Working on state of the art equipment that is also secret. Travel to most of the locations except war zones was great."
