"For the division in Rolling Meadows where I worked, it is important to acknowledge the importance of school reputation -- that was my experience anyways. Expect to have well-spoken HR interviewers, who will check in somewhat devious ways, whether or not you are willing to assist a person in difficulty. Remember that this company deals with government-classified information, so knowing how to keep confidential information to yourself is important."

If you are looking for highly motivated workers, don't expect to find too many at the location where I worked."

"I worked for Northrop Grumman for 12 years and in the last 7 years they have shown that they are not a very ethical company. They do not care why people quit when it is for poor management reasons or due to retaliation.
