"I've worked for this company for two years. Agusta has a great product line but much is lacking beyond their products. Management, systems, and thinking is antiquated. Very political environment and the good old boy network is alive and well."

"Company is very old and big. Career is painfully slow. Best practices and industry standards are seen like time wasters, there is a high resilience to innovation or adoption of most efficient techniques or methodologies"

"I'd try to refresh the company culture by rewarding results and cutting off dead branches. I'd make sure good resources are in a confortable environment and motivated to work."
