"I've worked for NGC for 14 years and found it great for career growth and opportunities. "I worked here for 7 years. The technology we used was very obsolete. We used Windows XP into 2014, and Visual Studio 2008 is still being used. The facilities are depressingly ugly. The place was built in 1906, and no attempt has been made to bring it up to 1990s standards. There are no elevators, so if you need a wheelchair, you can't get to half the offices. Raises were poor for everyone. Young people would get some time on their resumes, then leave."

"This company is heavily dependent on the defense budget. Even when company quarterly profits are robust, there is always a risk of a RIF."

"Little opportunity for advancement, and roller coaster security dependent on defense budget and east coast contracts."

"To be more supportive of staff when requiring software tools and training."
