"I work for a well known company to make sure their employees come first. My relationship with my supervisor is great and with my co workers. The leadership their is awesome. This company treat everyone like family. Working for Lowes is great and there is room to grow in the company."
"I have worked in Lowes since June of 2020, and it has shown me how people that shop thinks, and how they navigate through the store. It seems as if we have really accomplished our jobs since our store is the most grossing store in Tennessee. The job has also done a great job of teaching me to work with a team and work towards a common goal together while everyone plays their own part. This place makes me feel as if I have a family there forever. Lowes has also shown me how much further great customer service can get me to meet my sales goal."
"I've worked for Lowe's since 2017 under various titles, and have enjoyed most of my time there. The environment is friendly among the workers, and the systems aren't hard to get a hang of. The benefits of working at Lowe's highly outweigh the cons, and I enjoy being able to help the patrons to extent of which I am able to."
"I enjoyed my time there, didn't like that it came to an end (contract)."
"I've worked for Lowe's since 200. There are multiple positions which allows for growth and diversity. The benefits are decent with employee stock purchase plan available and 401k match. The best benefit is two weeks of paid parental leave."
"Although Lowe's is a very successful and profitable company, they don't pay their employees very well. In addition, the personnel they have in management are too forgiving and do not hold their employees responsible for their bad behavior. It seems like employees are not team players, have no pride in their work product, and are constantly on their phones instead of getting the job done or taking care of customers."
"Great Company and great coworkers!"
