"I’ve worked for Lowe’s for the last 5 months, and i will say that they truly love their employees. When the whole pandemic started Lowe’s was very understanding of everything going with each associate health wise. They also took the initiative in making sure that as employees we were able to work to full capacity while being safe."
"Great company to work for."
"Great place to work and advance your career."
"Started in 2014 as a college graduate and moved up quickly to Product Manager in 2018 and have been since. Great company, NC is great place to live."

"Very hard to advance within the company if you currently work in a critical department that consistently has a shortage of employees to complete the job and they can't afford to lose someone who is dedicated to their work. That is my take on it."
"I’ve worked for Lowe’s for approximately 15 years. It is a great company and I have been able to grow my management skills to a great level. I’ve worked at 5 different locations learning many different aspects of the company when it comes to management styles and volume."
"I have worked at Lowe's for the past 6 years. This company requires a strong customer service mindset as the customer is the center of everything we do. Lowe's is an exceptional company to work for. I am grateful for all of the opportunities it has provided me. I am pleased to have 6 years of my career with this company."
"13 years I enjoyed my position with this company,.i have no regrets ..When. One door closes another opens"
"I've worked with Lowe's for 3yrs and I find it to be an excellent company that strives in making it's community better. Like all companies, there are issues however nothing that cant be resolved through conversation. There are opportunities available but none that can get me directly back in the industry like this one!!!"
"I've worked for Lowe's for a little over 2 years and I don't recommend it to anyone. The corporate leadership cares more about boosting the stock prices to pad their own pockets than taking care of its customers and employees."
"It is a standard retail job."
"Great job, and I enjoy being around customers"
"Although I only worked at lowes for a month, they were an amazing company to work for. We worked as a team in the areas of the store, so it made it easier to get the customers what they need efficiently. Everyone there was super helpful if you didn't know a certain area very well, there was always someone there to help you and teach you."
