"I liked the autonomy of the position. Being the HR authority in the building improved your HR skills. The HR work itself was challenging and rewarding."

"A dislike would be stretching myself too thin and trying to get the needs of everyone as quickly as possible. This is a personal challenge of mine."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that management provide employees with honest feedback regularly, write meaningful performance appraisals, and set reasonable objectives."
