"I currently work for Lowe's and have been an Human Resource Manager since 10/13/03. The store management staff has a large turn over. I've worked for 9 different store managers. Lowe's is a good company but need to focus on leadership training, and conflict resolution. The majority of managers that I worked for were lacking in these areas."

"I don't like the retail schedule and calendar. It is low pay for the work expected. The environment is drab. There are not enough true professionals with intellectual skill sets. There is too much going on, and too many programs."

"Lowe's is too concerned about compliance with programs instead of quality of doing less really well. Raise salaries for HR Managers. The workload has increased as well as responsibility significantly in the last year."
