"JPMorgan Chase is a great organization and a leader in the finance industry. The management and variety of services offered were very competitive with customer focus."

"It is a great company with solid solutions. Look for additional training on other areas within the organization, which would help in communicating with customers on a high level."

What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?

"I live in New England and unfortunately, there were no branches in my region. This posed a number of challenges for our line of business, but we still were able to compete on a high level. There are many challenges that colleges face today and Chase was not willing to develop additional solutions to bridge some of these gaps."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Diversifying revenue stream and providing a more comprehensive suite of solutions is paramount to survival in this business."

"Changes are good. Make sure you can accept all changes coming down from management, and make sure you stay up on those changes."

"It is too large of a corporation, and a lot of work is outsourced to Mumbai, India. We as administrators lost control of how things were being processed."

"Listen to employees who handle the accounts on all levels before making changes that affect the operations on how to manage a client."
