What do you like about working at FedEx?

"Able to do my job and once done I can do what I want. I guess I enjoyed the independence more than anything else."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Make sure you get what you're entitled to. Track your deliveries and maintain a high success rate because that only will make it worthwhile."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"Paying for gas, tolls ,stolen items by customers. A customer has up to 6 months to claim they didn't receive an item. Regardless, you must pay for it. You can fight the claim but usually the outcome favors the customer eighty percent of the time. That definitely was something I did not enjoy working at FedEx."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hopefully to come up with a plan that can offer an insurance plan to the independent contractors at FedEx Ground."
