"It's a very bad place to work, at least in Nashville TN. You are not paid for the wait to get their security check, and the guards are not very nice but hey, I get it's FedEx. You must take off all of your coats, hats, gloves, belt, shoes, stand on a dirty cold floor while they look through all of your stuff and pat you down and then tell you to go outside to put it all back on. Someone needs to look into this. Supervisor lacks people skills plus most don't care about the package handlers, just the package."

"Please be very familiar with your sales cycle. When interviewing I often ran into many sales people that did not have a clear and defined process."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"The fear of the future was the worst part. Copies are declining at 11% a year and eventually our business would cease."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Please make sure that if you do have a long range vision for the company... share it with the field sales folks so they are aware of our go forward plans."
