"I have worked for FedEx for a full year. I had no illusion that this would be an easy job going in. The work environment is very stressful, more than it needs to be. The atmosphere of disrespect comes from the top down. The job itself is simple but mangers make it difficult. The company as a whole I cannot judge because this could be unique to that location."

"I like putting packages in the bags and sending them down the belt."

"DON'T WORK HERE!!! IT'S NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"It is difficult work. Very demanding. Too little rewards. We felt like slaves and we don't seem to matter as long as the work gets done."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I'd see to it there was a service manager there at all times."
