What do you like about working at Barnes Group?
"I loved being able to work without supervision. My sales rep provided adequate training which allowed me to visit each account and review them properly."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"To inform the employee of the different environments and security clearance they will have to face."
What don't you like about working at Barnes Group?
"The only thing I did not like was traveling all over southern California with high gas prices"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestion would be to allow sales representatives to overlap in territory to assist other sales representatives with more tedious tasks."

"What I liked about working for Providence Little Company Of Mary was being able to resolve the patients/customers issues."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Try listening to the customers issues and be able to resolve the matter on the first phone call. A customer should not have to call a company more than once for the same issue no matter what the issue is."
What don't you like about working at Providence Health & Services?
"What I didn't Like about the company was when a patient/customer issue/concerns was not resolved in the first phone call to the company. I do not think the customer should have to call the company multiple time on the same matter."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest to the management to make sure that all customer service representative have strong customer service skills. Let the customers know that you value their business, develop and understanding with the customers that will benefit both the customers and company."
What do you like about working at Alta Resources?
"I loved helping callers with their daily travel needs and education new riders with helpful and important train travel information."

"Just be a robot and never use the restroom outside of lunch and break times."
What don't you like about working at Alta Resources?
"Etremely Micromanaged, no centralized information source from client or managers. No support when taking abuse irate callers, rightups for the smallest infractions."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would show appreciation for those most loyal and hardworking, less of a tyrant. Ban favortism and appreciate tenure."
What do you like about working at State Farm Insurance?
"I love working with the people. There is never a dull moment! I've built so many great relationships with our customers, and I love being able to help people."

"Make sure you are on the same page with the manager. Ask questions."
What don't you like about working at State Farm Insurance?
"I was retained at this job when the previous agent retired. The current agent offered me a salary of $15,000 less than I was making but advised I would get commission, and I felt I could make up the difference with hard work. But once the new agent started, no commission has ever been paid. We did receive a bonus that was split between four people."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest consistency. I believe this is very important to have a level of consistency in the work environment."

What do you like about working at Terminix?
"I enjoy working with co-workers. Benefits are not bad, when you are allowed to use them as stated in handbook."

"If you enjoy putting familiy first and then work - RUN!!"
What don't you like about working at Terminix?
"I dislike changing office policies and politics. We were recently told how we could use our sick days. I thought if you were sick, you used sick days, not the case. Middle of a flu epidemic and people risk losing time, money, and possible job. Preach a customer is always right mentality but when we try to make it so, we get penalized as employees. Looks like management recently tightening up rules and inventing rules to possibly get employees to quit. Terminix supposedly built on Christian values but routinely have to work on Sundays and on Christmas!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To work more as a team with employees and not concoct rules to encourage a negative work environment. To be the corporation as advertised in company handbook. Quit making up new rules, policies and regulations for the sake of doing so. Quit inventing the wheel. It is not working for Tru Green - don't ruin the Terminix culture."
What do you like about working at Nature's Sunshine?
"The ability to interact with people that have the same goals. The benefits are wonderful and the people are more than co-workers."

"Know the product and the job and you may get your foot in the door."
What don't you like about working at Nature's Sunshine?
"There is very little incentive for advancement due to directors typically hiring out of house."

"Try to listen to the customers without trying to keep the company top heavy"

"A steady influx of customers, multiple tasks to do, keeping everyone level-headed in every circumstance and being sure every customer is happy kept me busy and happy about the work I did."

"Watch your posture and what you say during the interview. There is always something to do, never sit down while on the clock."
What don't you like about working at Namco Bandai Games?
"Similar to FedEx, I was not and would never be programming at Namco. Also, the pay would not be enough to support a family."

"Listen to all of the employees and don't be so frugal with money. Increasing pay will increase happiness and customer satisfaction."

"Just be positive and very sure of yourself. Open and honest."

"Sometimes stress level was very high and we had unhappy customers. I was happy to help resolve those customer concerns, though."

"Better communication among the different departments. Lack of communication is where errors occur."

"Find another place to work where the company treats you like a person rather than a disposable cog in their wheel."

"The supervisors attitude toward subordinates, the lack of flexibility in policy for people's lives outside of work, the decrease in pay for promotions."

"Learn that employees are people and that life happens. I lost my job for being Tardy 8 times in 11 months, all 8 times were 7 minutes or less. Stuff happens and the organization needs to be more flexible with its employees."
