"I like the opportunities that arise from just being on the phones."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be positive and be willing to help others. Treat the customers right."
What don't you like about working at Capital One?
"I don't like the hours at Capital One, or how some teams are allowed to be off the phones more than others."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Explain the QA process more. Tell your workers what they need to do."
What do you like about working at DMX Music?
"Not too stressful but I still managed to stay busy all day. Very young cool hip and interesting mix of people worked there. Everyone was very friendly. Management was great and not too strict. I could wear a t-shirt to work everyday. They were also nice about taking time off."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"It's a great place to work. Be upbeat and positive. It's a wonderful office and I've never had any issues with anyone else who worked there. Still it doesn't pay much, but i'd rather work a job I enjoy going to everyday than a crappy stressful job that makes me decent money"
What don't you like about working at DMX Music?
"Especially around the holidays, customer service can sometimes seem understaffed. Employees are overworked and underpaid at these times of the year, and there were no bonuses."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Pay the employees more money and offer more paid vacation time. that is all I could come up with."

"Be yourself, know what you are talking about and do your research."

"There is not much growth opportunity for part time people............"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Maybe more of a detailed training regimen with everything one might encounter."
What do you like about working at Alorica?
"I like the variety of talking to different people round the world, never speaking to the same customer twice. I love how close my work is to where I live, and I'm happy to have found employment that lets me be near my friends."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't let flashy corporate promises mislead you. The benefits discussed during training almost always apply to someone else."
What don't you like about working at Alorica?
"I have no motivation to do well at Alorica. Because we are paid hourly and have very little review of our performance, I spend every day as the only one at the facility actually trying to help my customers, while all my coworkers screw around avoiding work and collecting their pay. My supervisor is self serving and only helpful if provided an incentive that fits in his pocket, and I could be fired based on a flawed system of customer surveys that are entirely arbitrary and completely beyond my control."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would begin by revamping the training methods that allow such shoddy quality control. I would loosen up on scheduling, in order to provide my employees with more flexibility, and I would do my best to think of them as people, not statistics. I would make performance in the workplace a thing that actually matters to my employees, rather than an abstract number they see at the end of each month, and consider scaling pay based on performance rather than simply paying by the hour regardless of whether the employees actually put forth any effort."
What do you like about working at Progressive?
"I enjoy the responsibility that I am given at progressive."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"You will learn what multI tasking really is very quickly."
What don't you like about working at Progressive?
"The stress that comes with insurance. Nightmares about if I clarified this or that with client"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would torch the entire place and burn it to the ground. Collect the insurance money and flee the country"
What do you like about working at Frontier Airlines?
"It's a fast paced job that demands alot of its employees, but doesn't pay them back."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"This is a fast paced job, make sure you tell them you can handle the workload. If you are good at multitasking and are amazing at customer service, then you would make a great fit."
What don't you like about working at Frontier Airlines?
"The compensation for time and work put in is a little low for the effort. There is not much room for moving up in the company."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not cut employees benefits to such a sharp degree while giving bonuses to upper management, or improving corp hq."

"Blizzard is a fun, energetic, and challenging, but has little room for growth."
What do you like about working at Blizzard Entertainment?
"Fun environment, enthusiastic people, great customer base to interact with."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be genuine, and passionate about Blizzard games (not hard to do!). At least familiarize yourself with the games somewhat beforehand to show interest and dedication. not every employee is a gamer, or even a Blizzard gamer, it's fine."

"Scheduling makes it difficult to maintain personal relationships, little room for advancement"

"Keep your ear to the ground, as you have been. Great ideas often come from below, and make sure that credit is properly assigned when due."

"The diversity of people that I encounter daily as well as the flexibility."

"Wal-Mart is great at hiring a wide range of people."

"All of the tools needed to complete the job are not always available."

"Provide employees with the tools they need and be more visible."

"The best things about AT&T are the people that I work with and the opportunity to help customers."

"If you like to be micromanaged, be unappreciated, have no job growth, or face unreasonable expectations, this is the job for you. Otherwise, run while you still can."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"The company has no clear focus for customer satisfaction. There are unreasonable metrics at work that bind agents' hands while helping customers. Interdepartmental cooperation is non-existent, and upper management is way out of touch with reality."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"If I were a manager, I'd make sure that the front-line employees are listened to and that real tools and metrics are developed to help satisfy the customers."

"They would call me a Mexican is a very discriminative way"

"Always dress appropriately, investigate the company you are interested in so that you know want they do, the major players, the recent company achievements or awards..."

"Limitation in helping, other departments, when I could help with the proper education and access."

"Be willing to accept suggestions for improvement in job performance, i.e., education for other areas of the company to improve first call resolution."

"It was steady most of the time, but could get hectic as the holidays approached."

"During my time there, we seemed to be having a special sale every week. It could get confusing, for both us, and our customers"

"I would have kept the new, constant pricing, but would have done without the 'progressive' advertising, which alienated the main customer base"

"The reason I was working in a Call center is because I wanted to help my family with some money and fulfill my little needs while studying. Now I want to move to some good job profile where I can be stable and work hard to see myself succeeding at different post so that I can improve myself and move forward."

"If you are ready to face any sudden termination even though if you are experience person than go ahead b/c sometimes the client want the employees to be reduced and the person whose salary is more than the others is the main target."

"No future, if you are young you are in if you turn old then you are likely to go out until and unless if you have a great touch in the office you can save yourself, Ringing of the phone at every seconds."

"Take the pressure out from my colleagues, Weekly party, balanced life, reduce stress"
