"It's time to start thinking for yourselves and stop being manipulated by the before mentioned boss"

"Nothing at all - the management was abusive to all their employeesEmployees there are selfish and arrogant. They will not help you, nor give you the time of day if you ask."

"Don't even show up. Save yourself the trouble and look for another job."

"Everything. The management treats their clients and employees with no respect. There is no accountability for management. They blame employees and throw them under the bus in order to save themselves."

"Treat your employees with respect. Stop expecting them to go above and beyond when you are already overworking them. When going above and beyond is the norm, and you don't tell the employees, and they have to guess that you want them to do that; Something is wrong."

"Everything!!!!!!! It is a horrible place to work. The management has no idea how to manage. Quality is based on script, not on performance."

"Just close. You can never improve this place. It is probably the worst run company where not only is unprofessional behavior encouraged, it is rewarded."

"I enjoyed pushing myself to exceed department goals regarding customer service. It was also enjoyable to get the rare email where I actually helped someone."

"Eastbay has a permanent Now Hiring sign, they wont bat an eyelash at letting someone go for sub-par performance."

"Answering emails all day every day is stunningly mind-numbing. I found myself checking the clock for break time alot."

"I would suggest anything that lessens the somber environment would elevate morale."

"The atmosphere and people are the best! It is easy to feel at home and be comfortable in the work environment. This does not mean we are a bunch of slacker. We work hard and are proud of our company."

"Management values independence, but make sure to show that you can work as a team."

"Most people would find the hours extremely demanding, but management is flexible in terms of scheduling and working around class schedules for students and other responsibilities."
