"If you like dealing with irate customers then this would be a great choice for you."

What don't you like about working at Teleperformance?

"I did not like the job that I was assigned to do."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that management provides more non-monetary benefits for the employees."

"I liked the friends I made while working at Teletech."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Remember, you will be a nobody. The customers won't treat you like a human being, the company looks at you as just another faceless drone, and if you want to advance you had either marry into the local bosses family or find a way to blackmail someone who can promote you."

What don't you like about working at TeleTech?

"The middle management were extremely inefficient. They would spend hours in meetings, fail to pass along any important information to the floor supervisors, and attempt to control the way employees expressed themselves on company property. The equipment was mostly adequate, except for the servers. Not enough processing power, programming on par with Windows 95, frequent lag and crashes, and irreparable programming for various products offered by the client to their customers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would improve the quality of the work environment by making sure regular cleaning and maintenance were completed for the ventilation equipment and duct work. I would make sure each building exceeded the minimum requirements for all fire codes. While making these improvements, I would ensure that there were at least two IT specialists for each client. This would limit downtime and increase the rate at which needed upgrades could be completed"

"They laid us off. Many more were laid off around America."

"Can not move up, no real room to grow. Ridged work environment, High turn over rate...."

"The interview process is fairly simple and basic. Be prepared and answer the questions honestly."

What don't you like about working at Morley Cos?

"The company is very greedy and cheap. I have been with the company 3 years and have received a .5 cent raise (and this is recent). My first 2 years they did not offer a raise to anyone."

"Team leaders are essentially baby sitters. Be more proactive for your team."
