What do you like about working at Chrysler?

"The people at Cerritos were like one big family since I saw them more than my real family."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"The odd hours, it was a night time store so I would be about to lock up at 9:00 and someone would come to the store and I would have to stay there till 3:00 in the morning to have to be back to work at 7:30 in the morning."

"Good place to work, just bad hours and no family time."

"Interact with public, negotiating and challenges."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get it in writing! Pretty much the same as everywhere else in the car business."

What don't you like about working at Chrysler?

"Hours."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When establishing work hours, they should be considerate of their employee's time even though they don't pay an hourly wage, only commission. They are open a lot of hours that are un-productive and were they to look at what it would cost if they were paying an hourly wage to employees, they would deem it unprofitable to stay open the extra time."

"Being in command of the Sales and Finance Department."

"Not at this time but it could be an interesting venture, take control on TS sales."

"Poor popularity."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bring the product standards up."

"This place is an armpit."
