"Being on the edge of losing your job because someone didn't plan or listen to others who knew what the problems are. Too much bureaucracy."

"Stick to principles and make what is good for the product because it will carry you and company to next level."

"In maintenance management I would go for 70 to 80 days straight without a day off. Due to the inadequacy of my peers."

"Start at the top and fire all yourselves and cronies and let the plants run themselves. Outsource engineering when needed and reduce the layers of upper management that drive up your cost."
