"The lack of career growth opportunities. New management have it made it clear on several occasions."

"Listen more to your SMEs. I have made many recommendations on what needs to be done and they were not listened too."

"Although the career opportunity that BOA provides beats all other issues, countrywide does not provide great compensation, packages and no bonuses."

"I understand the mortgage crises may have impacted Countrywide negatively, but it should have a better employee satisfaction process."

"Make sure you'll be accepting to slave work, low pay and nit picky bosses not accepting to human error."

"Do Not ReHire policy is unfair, cut throat and discrimination. You're on there for life! There is no statute of limitations. They choose who they want to clear the record for. There are VP's who fist fought walking around in that company. But, don't give a 2 week notice and you're out forever."

"To remove such policy after 7 years, since most people have great experience to offer the company."
