"I wanted more opportunities for career development and that was not available, despite early promises."

"Promote those who are capable. Promote based on merit, not necessarily seniority. Some managers in my dept did not belong in mgmt."

"I've been laid off three times by Bank of America, once as an employee and twice as a contractor. The company has high expectations for its employees and provides very little in return other than a paycheck. Loyalty should not be a one way street."
