"No. I think each person should make up their own minds about where they want to work."

"As a contractor you could only work there for 6 months at a time and then you had to come back with a 6 month break."

"The working environment is professional and my co-workers are very easy to work with. I work on a team of some very experienced and strong individuals so the knowledge base is great to feed off of. I enjoy the lack of micromanaging as well."

"I do not like worrying about layoffs and department closures. I also am not a big fan of the new medical package the bank took on this year. It has caused it's employees to incur a great deal of out of pocket expenses that were not an issue in previous years."
