"I've worked for Bank Of America for two months going on three and the company has offered a good amount of new work experience and perspective for the future. This has not only taught more about how to deliver and monitor a team project but also remaining consistent and providing data consumer perspective at a high level as well."

"I have been employed with Bank of America Merchant Services for over four years, starting in the Project Management Office and then leading a team of three in the Re engineering team, We have an amazing couture here with our executives having an open door policy that allows for immediate feedback and ability to drive change."
"Large company, great exposure to financial industry."
"No onboarding or teamwork . Abusive environment where asking questions is a definite no-no. People are out for themselves and not the team."
"It is a good place to work and I recommend it to anyone. Very good"
"Financial Service Industry leader. Much internal chaos, but provides challenges and career opportunities for engaged employees."
"I worked for the bank for twenty five years. Many of the people are great to work with and the work is varied and changing within the company is good. Women are doing better, but they still do not make the same as men and do not have the opportunities in upper management that the men have. The only real complaint is that upper management still hasn't figured out customer service and continues to lay off support staff and move jobs overseas. That leaves a huge burden on the remaining staff. The work doesn't lessen but is done by fewer people and often not as well."
